Abstract本文简单回顾了羟基磷灰石介质发展过程,测试了直接合成新型高效球形羟基磷灰石的构成如球形颗粒的形貌、晶体结构以及基本性能、如流速、流速和操作柱压的关系、键合容量、蛋白的回收等,同时叙述了纯化生物技术产品和生物体样品的效果。
