| Abstract | 本文针对目前科学数据库普遍存在的两个问题，即数据无法统一发布和实现数据共享困难，提出了应用新一代网络技术Web Services建立新服务体系的方案，规划了数据统一发布和数据共享的整体框架，讨论了在此框架下，服务体系可能发展的新服务、新应用。从技术层面上指出了实现框架的关键要点，初步研究了实现过程中需要考虑的诸如安全，标准协议等问题。 |
