甘油发酵后期的CO2气提发酵及真空发酵

Abstract为解决好氧发酵法生产甘油的后期提取问题,在残糖浓度达1%~4%时,继续进行通气量为30L/h的CO2气提厌氧发酵或真空度在0.02MPa以上的真空微氧发酵实验研究。结果表明,采用上述后处理工艺,可以较快地降低残糖而不消耗甘油。
