H2O2改性溶胶-凝胶法制备ZrO2基催化剂载体

Abstract采用改性溶胶-凝胶法,以H2O2除去胶体中Cl-后,用蒸馏法干燥,制备了ZrO2粉末.考察了H2O2/ZrO2摩尔比、蒸馏温度及煅烧温度对ZrO2粉末结构特性的影响.结果表明,优化的工艺条件为:H2O2/ZrO2摩尔比1:2,蒸馏温度80℃,煅烧温度500℃.产品为粒径12~16nm的类球形高纯四方相纳米氧化锆颗粒.该粉末担载5%(ω)Cr2O3后用于CO2氧化丙烷脱氢制丙烯的催化,丙烷转化率为53.4%,丙烯收率为38.1%,CO2转化率为33.3%.
