Abstract用共沉淀法制备ZrO2(Y2O3)超细粉末,在其它工艺相同的条件下,研究了粉末焙烧温度对粉末颗粒度,线性热膨胀和导热性能的影响,证明1200℃焙烧的粉末制成的熔融金属定氧化传感器测试性能最好。
