Abstract	以正硅酸乙酯、三氯生和γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷（KH-550）为原料，制备了缓释型有机／无机复合抗菌材料。采用低温氮吸附、SEM、FTIR等手段表征了样品的比表面积、颗粒形貌和表面基团；通过摇床溶出实验检测了该复合材料的耐溶出性能；通过抑菌圈实验表征了样品的溶出抗菌性。研究发现，该方法所制备的有机／无机复合抗菌材料具有良好缓释性能，当添加KH-550时材料的耐溶出性提高。
