海藻酸钠改性锌精矿的制备与表征

Abstract为了克服锌精矿颗粒在浸出液中的聚团问题,减少有机溶剂的夹带损失,采用表面活性剂海藻酸钠对锌精矿进行表面改性研究.利用分散性实验、测定吸油率、红外光谱(FT-IR)、X射线电子能谱(XPS)等测试方法对改性前后的锌精矿进行了分析和表征.实验结果表明,改性后的锌精矿颗粒在水中表现出良好的分散性.沉降体积由0·85ml·g-1降至0·70ml·g-1,吸油率由0·15ml·g-1降至0·07ml·g-1.对改性前后锌精矿的IR谱和XPS能谱图的分析表明,改性后的锌精矿颗粒表面包覆了一层改性剂,改性剂以化学键结合于矿粒表面,对矿粒产生静电和位阻的复合稳定作用.
