Abstract用分离海底沉积物样品得到的嗜酸异养微生物,还原浸出深海多金属结核中的MnO2 。反应在酸性条件下进行,厌氧条件下锰还原速度、还原率高于好氧条件。Mn还原率在72h达98%以上。微生物利用MnO2 作为代谢呼吸链最终电子受体,传递氧化有机物产生的电子,还原溶浸MnO2 。
