细菌浸出磁黄铁矿机制的研究

Abstract为配合从金川含镍磁黄铁矿中细菌氧化浸出提取镍的新工艺开发,研究了用氧化亚铁硫杆菌(At.f.)氧化浸出磁黄铁矿的机理研究。实验结果表明,细菌浸出磁黄铁矿过程是以间接反应为主,即细菌将溶液中Fe2+氧化成Fe3+,然后Fe3+进一步氧化磁黄铁矿。细菌附着于矿物表面与反应生成的单质硫进行反应对磁黄铁矿的浸出也具有重要贡献。细菌的适应能力和活性是影响细菌浸出磁黄铁矿的重要因素。
