| Abstract | The development of cellulose homogeneous reactions in recent years was described. The homogeneous reactions of cellulose such as esterification, cross linkage, etherification, graft polymerization in the solvents of PF/DMSO, LiCl/DMAc,N(2)O(4)/DMF, benzene/DMSO, LiCl/DMI and water are studied. The analytic methods of the homogeneous derivation of cellulose are summarized. The merits and faults of those methods, as well as application prospects are discussed.; The development of cellulose homogeneous reactions in recent years was described.
