铬酸酐与硝酸钾联产清洁工艺的相图分析

Abstract以实验测得的K2Cr2O7-CrO3-KNO3-HNO3-H2O四元体系相图为依据,对用硝酸酸化重铬酸钾联产铬酸酐和硝酸钾工艺过程进行分析,确定了铬和钾利用率最大时的操作条件. 通过对先析硝酸钾的四步循环法1个算例的工艺过程的物料衡算,得到此过程优化的工艺参数. 原料初始配料量K2Cr2O7:HNO3(摩尔比)确定为1:4.95,单次循环析出KNO3和CrO3各0.1276 mol,与实验结果一致. 实验也证实了此工艺过程可实现物料平衡,从而为实现此工艺的清洁生产奠定了基础.
