AbstractA series of 19 steroids of pyrazione and 37 steroids of inotropic compounds has been studied using CoMFA method. Three dimension quantitatives structure-activity relation is obtained to predict the acitvity of unknown compounds.; A series of 19 steroids of pyrazione and 37 steroids of inotropic compounds has been studied using CoMFA method.
