脉动三相流态化的流体力学研究

Abstract本文在内径为φ57mm的有机玻璃床内,研究了表观气体速度、表现液体速度、脉动强度及颗粒特性对脉动三相流化床局部气含率的影响。脉动频率为0.72~4.0Hz,振幅为0.45~1.5cm,表观气速为1.09~6.54cm/s。表观液速为1.09~7.63cm/s。局部气含率由电导探针测定。实验结果表明:附加脉动的引入对三相床的气含率有明显影响,根据影响的不同,脉动三相流态化可分为两个区域:弱脉动下的不稳定流态化和较强脉动下的稳态动流态化,而且,在弱脉动条件下存在“脉动收缩”现象。脉动三相流化床的局部气含率可由下面公式计算:8_g = 0.0865Ar~(0.154)Fr_1~(-0.075) Fr_g~(0.344) ((Aω~2/g))~(0.0916)最大偏差为±15。此外,还从实验数据回归出脉动三相流化床充分流化液速关联式:(U_(1c)/(U_mf)) = 1 + 1.01 ((U_g)/(U_(mf)))~(-0.45) - 0.815 ((Aω~2)/g)~(0.86)最大偏差为±10%。
Other AbstractThe effects of superficial gas velocity (U_g), superficial liquid velocity(U_1), pulsation intensity and particle characteristics on local gas hold-up were investigated in a pulsed three-phase fluidized bed with φ57mm diameter made of plexi-glass. The range of operating condition was as follows: U_g(1.09 ~ 6.54c/ms), U_1(1.09 ~ 7.63cm/s). f (0.72 ~ 4.00Hz), A(0.45 ~ 1.5cm). The local gas hold-up was measured by a conductivity probe. The experiment showed that the pulsation of liquid phase affected the gas hoald-up strongly. In the three-phase fluidized bed, there were two flow regimes: the unsteady-state fluidization with weak pulsation and the steady-state fluidization with strong pulsation and there appeared "pulsation contraction" phenomena in the former condition. The local gas hold-up could be expressed by the following equation 8_g = 0.0865Ar~(0.154)Fr_1~(-0.075)Fr_g~(0.344) ((Aω~2/g))~(0.0916). The maximum error was ±15. Moreover, the liquid velocity of the developed fluidization in pulsed three-phase fluidized beds could be evaluated by the formula (U_(1c)/(U_mf)) = 1 + 1.01 ((U_g)/(U_(mf)))~(-0.45) - 0.815 ((Aω~2)/g)~(0.86). The maximum error was ±10%.
