大孔树脂分离提取麻黄碱的研究

Abstract本文研究了九种大孔吸附树脂对麻黄碱的吸附能力,其中以D151,XAD-4,XAD-7的吸附效果较好,静态吸附容量分别为240.4mg/ml,122.1mg/ml,87.2mg/ml。三种树脂最佳吸附pH均为11,D151和XAD-7采用0.08mol/L的HCl洗脱,XAD-4采用0.02mol/L的HCl与甲醇1∶1的混合液洗脱。将三种树脂直接用于麻黄草提取液的麻黄碱分离提取,回收率均在90%以上,纯度在80%以上,一次吸附提纯倍数为15~19倍。
