有机溶剂在浆萃硫浸出锌精矿

Abstract研究常压条件下 ,FeCl3-HCl浸出锌精矿 ,有机溶剂在浆萃取硫的过程 ,并通过SEM分析比较矿粒与浸出渣形貌。实验结果表明 ,在萃硫有机相存在条件下盐酸最佳浓度为 1~ 2mol/L ;提高浸出溶液温度可提高锌浸出率 ;在浸出溶液中加入萃硫有机相四氯乙烯可使浸出率在 2~ 3h内达 95 % ;浸出速率提高 4~ 5倍。萃硫有机相四氯乙烯的作用是使包裹在矿粒表面的元素硫脱离 ,增加矿粒表面活性点与反应溶剂的有效接触 ,加速浸出反应
