Abstract在 ZnO中添加 Al2O3和 MgO,制备了高能 ZnO基复合陶瓷线性电阻,其电阻率为 5~1300Ω ·cm、能量密度大于 450J/cm3、电阻温度系数小且近于线性.烧结温度、 MgO添加量和降温速率分别对材料的电阻率、电阻温度特性以及线性度和能量密度有较大影响.
