Abstract为解决好氧发酵法生产甘油的后期提取问题,在残糖浓度达1%(4%时,继续进行通气量为30 L/h 的CO2气提厌氧发酵或真空度在0.02 MPa以上的真空微氧发酵实验研究. 结果表明, 采用上述后处理工艺,可以较快地降低残糖而不消耗甘油.
