Other AbstractThe solid state fermentation of lignin enzymes with steam exploded straw was studied. The results showed high lignin enzymes activity and productivity of Lip and MnP were 21.667 U/L h -1 and 11.458 U/L h -1 , respectively. In media, the steam exploded straw might not only act as nutriments,but also inducement for lignin enzymes, and replace 3,4-dimethoxybenzyl alcohol. The optimum fermentation conditions could reduce the cost of lignin enzymes. The productivity of LiP and MnP were 21.667 U/L h -1 and 11.458 U/L h -1 , respectively. Fig 2, Tab 3, Ref 11
