次氯酸钠/氯仿混合液提取PHA的初步研究

Abstract进行了用次氨酸钠与氯仿技体积比1:1的混合液从重组大肠杆菌中回收生物可降解塑料PHA的研究,发现次氯酸钠可快速将细胞破壁,同时PHA分子可及时溶入氯仿中以防止分子量的过度降低.实验结果表明,当混合液中次氯酸钠的体积浓度为20%,反应时间为15min时提取出的PHA纯度可达90%,当次氯酸钠的体积浓度为30%~40%时PHA提取率约为70%.
