Abstract研究了在低温熔盐中(≤200℃)电沉积Al-Ti合金粉时,电沉积条件对沉积合金成分和粒度的影响.用扫描电镜观察了不同电沉积条件下的结晶状态,并对粉末杂质含量和电效进行了分析与讨论,提出采用小电流密度制取致密结晶是降低含氧量和提高电效的关键.
