Abstract在15L气升式反应器PHB的发酵实验中,进行了欧文氏工程菌Ecc13B-1的高密度培养。实验表明,在无侧孔导流筒的反应器中,发酵53h菌体密度可达57.9g/mL,并使菌体和PHB的生产能力大为提高。发酵中维持稳定的比生长速率有利于提高菌体浓度。结果并说明ALR较传统搅拌罐在高密度培养中更具优势。
