假丝酵母处理味精废水

Abstract利用从味精废水中筛选出的一株高活性假丝酵母Y-10进行味精废水处理.对pH、温度、接种量、装液量、处理时间等工艺条件进行了研究,确定最佳条件为:pH5.4,温度30℃,接种量10%.在最佳条件下应用新型气升式双向内环流动态反应器培养假丝酵母Y-10处理味精废水,废水COD去除率达95.1%,菌体干重达22.62g/L.
