Abstract采用高压氢还原液相沉积法专利技术,建成年产40t复合镍纤维生产线。产品外径28μm~32μm,长度<3mm,壁厚4μm~6μm。将复合镍纤维经调浆烧结(脱芯)后,即成中空镍纤维基板。这种基板具有三维网状结构,孔率高,孔径小,质量轻,活性物质负载水平高,保持能力强,制成的极板表面光滑,柔韧性极强,卷绕弯曲不出现裂痕,比容量高。
