AbstractLaxSr1-xMnO3超细粉末用喷雾热解法制备。EDAX法分析结果表明粉末化学组成与原料化学配比基本一致。焙烧前粉末为无定形,1200℃焙烧2h后转变为畸变六方-菱形钙钛矿结构。用SEM及TEM观察了粉末形貌,并测定了粉末的比表面积及粒度分布。粉末导电性能研究表明,粉末样品呈金属导电类型。在还原气氛中粉末将被还原而产生结构降解。粉末与5YSZ粉末1200℃共烧结5h,无新相生成,仍是畸变六方-菱形钙钛矿结构。
