Abstract应用循环伏安等电化学测量方法,研究了在低温(2000C)熔盐体系中铝阴极还原及铝、钛共沉积的电极过程.提出铝、钛共沉积的电极过程为二步反应:即Ti3+首先还原为Ti2+,继而为Ti2+与Al3+离子的共沉积,形成Al-Ti合金镀层.
