超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)在金属配基PEG4000/Na_2SO_4体系中分配特性的研究

Abstract研究了Cu_(2+)-IDA-PEG20000的合成方法及超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)在含有金属配基(Cu_(2+)-IDA-PEG20000)的PEG4000/Na_2SO_4双水相体系中分配系数模型.通过降低反应温度和分批加入SOCL_2可使PEG20000转化为PEG20000-Cl_2的转化率提高到98%.提出的金属亲和分配系数模型可用于关联和预测SOD在含有CU_(2+)-IDA-PEG20000的PEG4000/Na_2SO_4体系中的分配特性,实验值和预测值之间的相对误差<10%.
