多腔室气-液-固三相床周期振荡操作的传质特性

Abstract采取隔板将传统的气-液-固三相反应器均分成互不相通的多腔室,利用计算机控制电磁阀交替开闭,对各腔室进行周期通气,从而实现反应器的振荡操作,本文研究了振荡周期、操作气速和腔室数对反应器溶氧传质系数的影响.结果表明,振荡周期对溶氧传质系数有很大影响,随腔室数、操作气速的增加,反应器最佳振荡周期明显缩短,不论是双腔室、三腔室还是四腔室,随操作气速的增加,最佳振荡周期均以相同的斜率直线下降,与稳态操作相比,多腔室动态操作可以比较有效地提高反应器的溶氧传质系数.但腔室数对动态操作溶氧传质系数的影响不明显
