ZrO_2超细粉的微乳液法制备及表征

Abstract以ZrOCl2·8H2O为原料,以磷酸三丁酯(TBP)为萃取剂,煤油为稀释剂,在硝酸溶液中萃取锆,控制条件使萃取有机相形成微乳液,然后以碱作反萃沉淀剂,使在微乳液中发生化学反应,并将得到的沉淀物洗涤、干燥、焙烧,得到超细单分散ZrO2粉末.对干燥粉末进行了TG-DTA分析,用EDAX定性检测了粉末中所含的其它痕量物质,以X射线衍射分析并经分峰计算确定了粉末中四方相ZrO2含量及晶粒尺寸,以高分辨TEM确定了颗粒大小及分布.结果表明:本微乳液法所制备的超细颗粒具有控制颗粒小、分布均匀、纯度高等特点,是获得优质超细粒子的新方法.
