Abstract本文叙述以前驱物Pb(OH)_2、ZrO(OH)_2和TiO(OH)_2为原料,在2L高田釜内水热合成、制备功能性压电陶瓷微粉PZT的过程.就水热过程的主要影响因素碱度、温度和时间进行了研究和讨论。在低于200℃,2mol/LKOH,2h条件下,成功地合成该粉体。经X-衍射和电子显微镜检测分析,该产物是一种平均粒径小于0.3μm的立方晶体,具有良好的田电效应值。
