Abstract硅油在工业领域应用广泛,尤其是作为一种常用的化妆品添加剂,硅油可以极大地增加头发的柔顺度和光泽度,并具有提亮肤色的作用。通常情况下,硅油被制成乳液添加到个人护理产品中,粒径均一、可控的硅油乳液具有良好的稳定性,可以显著提高其应用效果。目前,常用的制备硅油乳液的方法包括均质乳化法、超声乳化法和机械搅拌法。采用这些方法制备的硅油乳液粒度不可控且粒径分布很宽,不但严重影响产品的稳定性,而且不利于深入研究硅油尺寸与乳液稳定性及其应用效果的关系。为了解决传统制备方法在乳滴尺寸和均一性方面的问题,本论文发展了新型的硅油乳液制备方法,并进行了应用研究,大幅度改善了乳液稳定性及其应用效果。 与传统的均质乳化法相比,本文采用膜乳化的方法,成功制备出粒径均一的硅油乳液,粒径在1.4-40 μm可控。将得到的硅油乳液添加到模型洗发剂以及护发素中,考察其在一年内的储存稳定性。结果表明,传统方法制备的硅油乳液粒径分布宽,产品稳定性差;而膜乳化法制备得到的硅油乳液粒径非常均一,稳定性大幅度提高,这也为后续试验中定量评价硅油在头发表面的沉积能力提供了保证。进一步考察了硅油乳液的粒径大小、均一性以及储存稳定性对其在头发表面沉积能力的影响。研究发现,硅油在头发表面的沉积量随乳液粒径的减少而增加,而且几乎不随储存时间的延长而改变,这也从另一个角度说明了所得乳液的稳定性良好。相反,传统方法制备的硅油乳液由于其粒径不均一,稳定性差,导致其在头发表面的沉积量随储存时间延长明显下降。小粒径和均一硅油乳液处理的头发摩擦力也显著低于大粒径和不均一乳液的处理结果,这进一步证实乳滴尺寸和均一性对其在头发上的沉积具有重要影响。 论文利用膜乳化制备的均一硅油乳液为模板,采用层层自组装的方式对其表面进行修饰,希望进一步提高其在头发表面的沉积能力。实验分别采用大分子聚合物,如:季铵化的壳聚糖和海藻酸钠,以及小分子化合物,如:二烯丙基二甲基氯化铵和甘油,对硅油表面进行修饰,考察了修饰剂的表面电荷以及分子量对硅油在头发表面沉积能力的影响。研究发现,镀层处理后的硅油液滴机械稳定性以及黏度明显增加,尤其是经带正电的高分子聚合物修饰的硅油乳液在头发表面的附着能力显著提高。 为了进一步提高硅油乳滴的功能性,将上述制备的硅油乳滴用于维生素E的包埋,发现由于其粒径均一并具有多镀层的结构,有效避免了维生素E在长时间储存过程中氧化变性,显著提高了其储存稳定性。 本论文成功制备了粒径均一、具有多镀层结构的硅油乳液,克服了传统制备方法的缺点,显著改善了硅油乳液的应用效果。
Other AbstractSilicone oils have wide range of applications in industrial fields. Especially in cosmetic industry, they have been considered as ideal conditioning agents due to their excellent and unique properties such as high lubricity, excessive spreading, film formation and so on. The deposition of silicone oils on hair and skin surface make the substrates shiny, smooth and silky. As usual silicone oils are employed in the form of emulsions, and the control of droplets size and size distribution of silicone oil emulsions is significant to improve the stability and application performance of personal care products. Until know, various techniques have been employed to prepare silicone oil emulsions including homogenization, ultrasonication and mechanical stirring. There are two main drawbacks for those techniques. One is that, the size distribution of emulsions is broad and the other is that the size of emulsions cannot be well controlled. These drawbacks not only lead to poor stability of emulsions but also result in difficulty to investigate the effect of droplets size on storage stability as well as quantitative silicone deposition on hair.
