Abstract本实验详细考察了纯溶液系统(不加矿)中,硫脲(TU)浓度、Fe~(3+)以及SO_2对浸金的一些主要参数如混合电位、浸取过程中硫脲浓度变化的影响;从纯金片在硫脲溶液中溶解的实验中,清楚地观察到SO_2对金溶解以及电位的影响;最后对加压酸浸后的渣进行了硫脲浸取。从实验中发现,[TU]、[Fe~(3+)]的增加,都导致硫脲消耗的增加。混合电位在150~250mV范围内,它们之间的关系为:[TU]_(消耗量) = 0.195[TU]_(初始浓度), [TU]:4-20(g/l),[TU]_(消耗量) = 0.16[Fe~(3+)]_(初始浓度)~(+2.98),[Fe~(3+)]:1.12-5.04(g/l),硫脲浓度上升导致单硫析出速度加快,其与时间t(min)的关系为:[TU]t=2700,适量的SO_2可以降低硫脲的氧化约10%,但同时降低金溶解速度;只有在高的混合电位下,如本实验所采用的洛南加压酸浸渣中,含有较高量的Fe~(3+),在此矿浆中加入较低的硫脲浓度(2~4g/l),SO_2的作用才比较明显,可以达到与较高硫脲浓度(8g/l以上)不同样的浸金效果,甚至更佳。在高硫脲浓度下,SO_2对浸金率以及降低硫脲消耗无明显改善。SO_2以每间隔一定时间加入为佳。
Other AbstractIn this paper, the effects of concentration of thiourea (TU),ferric ion and SO_2 on the redox potential and the change of thiourea concrntration in aqueous thiourea solution were stuided, and the effect of SO_2 on the gold dissolution rate and redox potential during the pure gold dissolution in acidic thiourea solution was investigated as well. Additionally, the leaching of gold-bearing residue from acid pressure leaching was also tested. It was found that increasing the concentration of thiourea and ferric ion would increase the thiourea consumption as follows: (TU)_(cons.) = 0.195(TU)_(ini.) at (TU):4 - 20g/l (1) (TU)_(cons.) = 0.16(Fe~(3+))_(ini.)~2 + 2.98 at (Fe~(3+)):1.12 - 5.04g/l (2) where (TU)_(cons.) is thiourea consumption, (TU)_(ini.) and (Fe~(3+))_(ini.) initial concentration of thiourea and ferric ion respectively. It was also found that increasing the thiourea concentration promoted its decompsition to elemental sulfur and there was following relationship between thiourea concentration (TU) and time t (in min): (TU) t = 2700 (3) The experiment results showed that the presence of SO_2 in proper amount would reduce the oxidation of thiourea by about 10% at the expense of rate of gold dissolution to some extent. In the case of higher redox potential and lower thiourea addition, the decrease of thiourea oxidation by SO_2 was more avident and the gold could be dissolved at similar rate to that with higher thiourea addition with gold-bearing residue containing ferric ions from acid pressure leaching. At higher thiourea concentration, no obvious improvement of dissolution of gold and decrease in thiourea oxidation by SO_2 can be found. The batch addition of SO_2 at certain interval was recommended.
