转炉喷煤氧熔炼废钢模拟研究

Abstract用计算机模化方法,对近年来在国外已实现工业生产的全废钢炼钢过程进行了模拟研究。在主要工艺参数不同水平下,对过程作了能量分析,并考察了各项物料消耗指标。模拟结果表明,在炉膛内将煤气部分二次燃烧和采用低挥发份高固定碳含量的煤种,均可使过程的能耗与物料消耗明显降低,且改善转炉的能量利用率。建立该过程能实现以煤代焦增加钢产量,同时节约基建投资,在铁水短缺而废钢价格较低的地区更具竞争力。
