Abstract本文作为钠化钒渣水法提钒新工艺研究的一部分,试验研究了(NH_4)_2CO_3或NH_4OH作沉淀剂从钠化钒渣浸取液中分离钒的工艺条件,试验结果表明,钠化钒渣浸取液需经深度碳酸化及净化除杂,以降低溶液的pH及脱除溶液中大部分杂质,使其组成达到:Na/V=1~1.5,P/V≈0.05,Si/V≈0.005及pH≈8.5。加入适当过量的(NH_2)_2CO_3或NH_4OH,钒沉淀率可达80~90%。沉钒尾液经蒸氨后返回体系,使提钒流程实现闭路循环。
