Abstract本工作以氧分压、初始酸度、温度和原料组成为变量,研究了两种含镍磁黄铁矿精矿对酸性氧压浸出工艺的响应。发现在研究条件下磁黄铁矿的水相氧化十分迅速、完全,而铜镍的浸出则随反应条件波动较大,在适当条件下也可浸出相当完全。讨论了镍铜浸出与磁黄铁矿水相氧化的关系。指出可在0.6MPa 氧压、130℃的温和条件下充分氧化磁黄铁矿,未反应的镍铜硫化矿物可在浮选有色金属浸出液沉淀得的硫化物时同时回收。
