高Cu硫化精矿中硫脲浸取Au和Ag的动力学

Abstract研究了含铜硫化精矿中 Au 和 Ag 的硫脲浸取过程动力学,考察了氧化剂、溶液酸度、硫脲浓度及浸取温度等因素对浸取速率的影响.结果表明,以氧气作氧化剂时,Au 和 Ag 的初始浸取速率几乎随氧分压呈线性上升:Au 的初始浸取速率在低酸度溶液中随酸度增加而上升,在高酸度溶液中则随酸度增加而下降,在 pH=0.6左右达极大值,Ag 的浸取速率随酸度增加而增加;提高初始硫脲浓度依指数衰减型影响浸取速率.整个过程的浸取速率受反应剂的扩散控制.
