复杂硫化矿浸取和提金工艺的研究

Abstract本文研究了FeCla溶液预浸取复杂含金硫化精矿中有价金属Cu、Ag、Pb和Zn。然后氰化法从浸渣中提取金的工艺过程,考察了主要过程参量对浸取的影响,给出了优化浸取条件。FeCl3溶液浸取时,实验条件下Cu、Ag、Pb和Zn的最终浸取分率别达到98%、95%、90%和91%,且有超过90%的Fe进入侵取液,总硫的70%以上转化为元素硫,而金的浸取率则小于3%。表明Fecl3溶液预浸取是含金复杂硫化精矿和回收有价金属的颇具潜力的过程。浸渣经分离出元素硫后氰化提取金,总浸取率超过98%,氰的消耗为5kg/t左右。由实验结果给出了原则工艺流程。
