热处理α-FeOOH的新过程研究

Abstract本文研究了用流态化床反应器热处理α-FeOOH的新过程.由于原料α-FeOOH颗粒微细、流动性差,通过冷模和热试研究,选定了有特定内部构件的流化床反应器,能使α-FeOOH有较好的流动状态,有效地防止了微细物料的返混与短路.运气输送物料,微机控制温度,生产过程连续化、自动化设备新颖,流程先进,开创了用流态化床反应器生产γ-Fe2O3的新过程.产品比转炉均匀、稳定,占地少,能耗少,已建有500t/y的生产厂.
