| Abstract | 本文建立了煤氧在浸没喷吹条件下煤粉热解的数学模型.该模型同时考虑了煤粉颗粒的传热、热解动力学和挥发产物的燃烧.计算了煤粉在熔铁、熔渣或氩气中热解时,煤粉颗粒的温度分布、热解速度和总热解时间,并计算了煤粉在氧气中热解时气相温度的变化.总热解时间与粒径的关系为:t_g(s)=Cd_p~(1.5),在1773 K 的熔铁、熔渣和氩气中,C 值分别为0.425、0.850和3.825. |
