电解液中锌、锰、锡、锑、铱的X射线荧光光谱分析

Abstract本文研究了薄试样法 X 射线荧光光谱分析(XRF)测定电解液中的锌、锰、锡、锑和铱.样品被照射的面积(大小和形状)采用熔化地板腊在滤纸上作成隔离圈的办法加以限制,还使用聚乙烯圈代替硼酸片作垫底材料从而改进检出限.本文根据文献公式对所测元素取样量的最大允许量进行了理论计算。实验结果表明,所测元素的相对标准偏差分别为:Zn 2.37%,Mn 2.50%,Sn 4.64%,Sb8.21%和 Ir 4.37%.其中分析 Zn 的取样量已超过理论值,但从实验结果看,在测量范围内仍保持浓度——强度的线性关系.
