Abstract<正> 1975年,A.Abu-Samra等提出用微波能作热源快速酸溶解样品,并实用于分解生物样品。从此,微波炉逐渐由家庭进入实验室,由敞开式发展到带密闭式消解罐的新型溶样设备。有关该技术的研究和应用文章先后发表了数十篇。其中R.A.Nadkarni于1984年发表了“微波炉溶样在分析中的应用”一文,文中指出,用10毫升王水和5毫升氢氟酸在微波炉中加热三分钟,就可将煤中金属完全溶解,不必预先灰化。F.Smith
