钒钛磁铁矿高炉冶炼的热力学讨论

Abstract对0.8m~3高炉治炼钒钛磁铁矿的有关反应进行了热力学分析。认为碳氮化合物较低价钛优先生成。且主要由钛铁矿还原分解出的TiO_2优先生成。增加CaO不利于碳氮化合物的生成,也不利于它们的分解。SiO_2能在炉缸中氧化碳氮化合物,应重视SiO_2在钒钛铁矿冶炼中的作用。TiO_2的还原和氧化在炉缸中起着传递氧的作用。而CaO影响TiO_2的活度,降低它的氧化功能。
