炭热还原铝土矿的研究

Abstract在2123K的条件下,研究了低品位铝土矿的炭热还原过程。对A1一Si.A1—Fe,Si—Fe三个二元系的分析,用Bonnier法计算了Al—Si—Fe三元系中各组元的活度,并以此对A1_2 O_3—SiO_2—Fe—C系的还原反应进行了分析。实验考察了SiO_2/Al_2O_3,CaCl_2,Ca0,C等四因素对还原反应的影响,得出了在SiO_2/Al_2O_3=0.9~1.0,CaCl_2=SiO_2重量的7%,CaO=2.5~3.75%,C=7~9%的条件下冶金效果较好,得到含铝19.2%,硅37%,铁43%的Al—Si—Fe合金。通过对实验样品的x光衍射.提出了可能的还原步骤,对还原过程、挥发损失及铝合金获得等问题进行了讨沦,认为炭热熔炼Al—Si—Fe合金是合理利用低品位铝土矿的可行途径。
