Abstract用热天秤减重法对钛精矿氧化球团矿进行氢还原实验。氧化焙烧能分解和改变原生钛铁矿的结构,从而改善其还原性能。钛精矿氧化球团矿的氢还原过程,受假板钛矿、钛铁晶石和钛铁矿这三个矿物的连串还原反应速度的控制。从单位容积的竖炉模型计算可知,利用现有的竖炉还原技术,能生产钛精矿金属化球团。金属化球团经稀酸浸取可得高品位的金红石。
