铁基镍、钴、钨合金电极的研究

Abstract本文采用电镀的方法制得了一种低氢超电压的 Ni-Co-W 合金阴极.在25℃和12%NaOH 水溶液中,其析氢反应超电压在电流密度250mA/cm~2时约为200mV.其析氢反应的交换电流密度为8.6×10~(-1)mA/cm~2.它比铁电极、镍钨电极优越.Ni-Co-W 阴极中,镍为主要成份.镍和钴以纯金属状态存在.钨以金属钨和兰钨形式存在.用所制得的阴极在大电流密度下进行电解.其析氢过电位长时间保持稳定,并且实验前后形貌基本上不变.与镍钨电极比较,Ni-Co-W 活性层与基体结合较牢.应有较长的使用寿命.
