萃取分离分光光度法测定磷矿中的微量碘

Abstract本文对高灵敏度定量测定 IO_3~-的分光光度新方法进行了研究,在0.1mol/L H_2SO_4介质中,IO_3~-与 KI 和亮绿形成了络合物而被苯萃取,络合物最大吸收在638nm,摩尔吸光系数高达1.5×10~6,—4μgIO_3~-/10ml 苯符合比尔定律。本方法已成功地应用于磷矿中的微量碘的分光光度法测定。
