Abstract本文采用氧化亚铁硫杆菌(Thiobacillus ferroxidans)8号菌株,考查了培养基中初始As~(3+)和As~(5+)浓度对细菌生长速率的影响。实验结果表明,所用菌株耐As~(3+)和As~(5+)的能力别为:≤3.0g/L,≤5.0g/L;对两种毒砂型含砷金银硫化矿(江西万年矿和河北半壁山矿)进行细菌浸出时,在中后期的浸出液中砷主要以As~(5+)形式存在;探讨了溶液中总砷量对细菌脱砷效果的影响。
