催化裂化再生器参数计算与流型判别

Abstract本文对催化裂化再生器内的物性参数、TDH 和扬析速率常数进行了计算,为改善再生器的操作,减少 FCC 吹损指明了方向。计算表明,催化裂化再生器内的流动状态系湍流流态化,随着表观速度 u 的降低,FCC 的吹损量明显下降,扬析速率常数主要与终端雷诺数呈正比。
