Abstract<正> l 前言电解成型铁箔工艺中,电解液含Fe~(2+)为100~180g/L,稳定剂80g/L,润湿剂O.4mL/L。为使铁箔成型顺利进行,要求电解液中Fe~3+控制在一定的浓度范围内。以往一般应用测总铁及Fe~(2+)后,差减计出Fe~(3+),但分析时间长,操作繁琐。磺基水杨酸(SA)在pH=1~3时,只能与Fe~(3+)形成紫色络合物(1:1),最大吸收波长为508nm,消光系数为1.4×10~3,而其他络合离子无色,利用这一性质可直接测定电解液
