复吹转炉的冶金特性及成渣机理

Abstract通过对用一般石灰作为造渣剂的15 t复吹转炉和用活性石灰作为造渣剂的100 kg热模型复吹试验过程渣样的氧化铁活度研究可知,活性石灰造渣时,过程渣中氧化铁活度较高,使脱碳、脱磷提前进行。通过分析过程渣样的矿相组成和在CaO′-TFeO-SiO_2′准三元系相图中炉渣的形成路线,证实了用活性石灰可缩短冶炼时间。
