Abstract本文将一种新型萃取剂体系 P5709-N235-煤油应用于从氯化烟尘中提取钪的工艺。研究了影响钪回收的各种操作参数。其最佳工艺条件为:萃取剂1vol%P5709-1.1vol%N235-97.9vol%煤油,料液 pH0.8,O/A=1,室温;5mol/dm~3HCl,60℃反萃,O/A=1。可使 Sc~(3+)与 Fe~(3+)、Fe~(2+)、Ti~(4+)、Al~(3+)、Mn~(2+)、Ca~(2+)等完全分离,较好地解决了 Sc~(3+)-Fe~(3+)分离及分相慢等问题,具有较好的实用价值。
